This page explains what personal data we collect on firandbergamot.com, why we collect it, and what your rights are. The short version: we only collect your email address if you join our mailing list, and we never sell or share your data for advertising.
Fir & Bergamot is a band based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We are the data controller for this website. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
Mailing list. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address, with your consent, to send you news about releases, shows and the occasional postcard. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, or by writing to us. We keep your address until you unsubscribe.
Booking & contact. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request.
We do not collect any other personal data ourselves, and we do not run advertising or tracking of our own.
This site is built and hosted on Weebly (a Square, Inc. service). Weebly sets technical cookies needed for the site to function and keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. Newsletter sign-ups are stored and processed by Weebly on our behalf. Weebly's own privacy policy is available at squareup.com/legal.
Some pages embed players and fonts from third parties, which may set their own cookies or receive your IP address when the content loads: YouTube (videos), SoundCloud (music players) and Google Fonts (typefaces). These services process data under their own privacy policies. Links on this site to external services such as our pre-save page (LANDR) or our social profiles take you to sites we do not control.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just email us and we'll sort it out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
